Our Story
We have to admit, Grant Construction Solutions wasn't difficult to name.
The Grant name, to those who know it, means that reinforcements have arrived. Our Scottish heritage is defined by "Stand Fast', a crest that signals a call to arms, known for strong leadership and remaining unaffected by what's in front of us. Using the family name was approved by Ian Grant (grandfather) days before his passing, and we carry the full weight of that honour with us to every project.
So what about the rest? We found that construction is almost always the solution. When something fails, we rebuild it better than before. Although, not all projects start with a problem, sometimes it's a one of a kind idea, and solving the puzzle to make that idea a reality is our favourite challenge. Either way, when the Grant name is on the line, we construct a solution so you never have to stand alone in the face of a project.
We formed this company simply because our personal standard proved to be higher than industry standard. Customers deserve the best from any company they hire for a solution, this company is our opportunity to provide a service that we're proud of and more importantly one that you cant trust. We're extremely grateful to go to work every day knowing that we get to make a difference in the industry that literally builds the future.

Born and raised into Alberta farming, his values are unmatched personally and professionally. As a fire captain, skilled equipment operator, and meticulous truck driver, he's made it his mission as a business owner to master every part of operations. He thrives on leading teams through high stakes scenarios to the best possible outcome; and your project is no different. This is how he redefines industry standard and why his team will follow him anywhere.

Partner and Equipment Operator
Our go to guy. Sure, he's one heck of an operator and is no stranger to "by any means necessary" but what's more impressive is his 15 years of experience being Josh's first call when he "has an idea". Be it snow clearing, landscaping or truck driving, Hunter is always our first call. His work ethic and can do attitude have built the industry relationships we rely on to build your projects by any means necessary.
Jenna Grant
Project coordinator and administrator
With over 10 years in municipal infrastructure administration, Jenna brings her project management skills from desk to site to facilitate a smooth and successful project every time. By the time we hear about a road block, she's already on the other side and wondering what took us so long. A mentor once introduced her as "when I have a problem I give it to her and walk away", and she has solidified her title as right hand woman ever since.
